चंडीगढ़ मेयर इलेक्शन में इस वजह से हुई थी गड़बड़ी :chandigarh mayor election news

  अभी हाल में चंडीगढ़ में मेयर का चुनाव हुआ था जिसमे आम आदमी पार्टी के पक्ष में 13 पार्षद , बीजेपी के पक्ष में 14 और कांग्रेस के पक्ष में 7 एवं अकाली दल के पक्ष में 1 पार्षद जीत के आए।  यहाँ पर मेयर इलेक्शन में वोटिंग कुल 36  लोग कर सकते हैं।  जिसमे 35 पार्षद और एक सांसद शामिल होते हैं।   Chandigarh mayor election - चंडीगढ़ के मेयर इलेक्शन में कुछ 36 लोगों ने वोट डाला जिसमे 35 पार्षद और और सांसद थे। बीजेपी को कुल 16 वोट मिले जिसमे बीजेपी के 14 पार्षद ,अकाली दाल का 1 पार्षद और बीजेपी का 1 सांसद शामिल थे, जबकि आप और कांग्रेस अलायंस के मेयर को 20 वोट मिलने थे परन्तु जब इलेक्शन का रिजल्ट आया तो बीजेपी के मनोज चुनाव जीत गए।  कारण ये था की इलेक्शन अफसर अनिल मसीह ने आप - कांग्रेस एलायंस के 8 पार्सदों के वोट unvalid कर दिए। unfortunately  ये घटना कमरे में लगे कैमरे में कैद हो गई और ये वीडियो सोशल मीडिया में वायरल हो गया और मामला सुप्रीम कोर्ट तक पहुंच गया। सुप्रीम कोर्ट ने लोकतंत्र की हत्या करार दे दिया इस घटना को।  CJI DY Chandrachud जी ने अपने सुनवाई में ...
